Creating Custom Unit Types

Overview

At fissara we understand that no two businesses operate the same, that’s why customisation is always something we consider when developing our features. By default, your MOVE environment will accommodate for loads & tonnes for your unit types, this can now be customised to be whatever is suitable for your business. This document serves as a guide on how to create custom unit types.

Solution

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Admin section of the navigation bar
2. Click on Tenant Settings to navigate to the next page
3. On the tab at the top centre of the page, click on Unit Types
4. Click on the Add Unit Type button, represented with a + icon
5. Type the name of your new unit type in the Unit Type field and select a pricing type in the Pricing Type drop-down menu
6. Click Save

Notes

• Your new unit type can be selected when creating a quote
• Digitally generated documents will display your new unit type
