Overview
There are two ways to create a quote in fissara MOVE. This document will provide a step-by-step guide on how to create a full quote, which is designed to be used when you want to enter details for a job/customer on the go.
Once you have completed your quick quote, you can proceed to transfer it to a full quote for a more in-depth quotation.
Solution

Existing Customers
- In the Search box on the left hand side of the screen, begin entering an existing customer’s details in the Name/Account No field to pre-populate contact details and save time
- From the drop-down menu provided, select the type of job you’ll be quoting for
- Fill out all fields as required, ensuring that any marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed
- Click Save to save your quick quote
- At the bottom of the screen, click Create Full Quote to transition
- You will now have additional fields at your disposal such as the Communications Panel & Payment details
- The Communications Panel will allow you to select details to populate on the documentation which will be sent to your customer via SMS or email, depending on your selection
New Customers
- Begin by entering the customer’s post code in the Search Postcode field on the left of the screen, choose from the drop-down to populate the Site Details
- Now enter the customer’s contact details in the Customer box
- Customer Name (Business)
- Customer Type
- First & Last Name of your contact
- Phone Number
- At the bottom of the screen, expand the Quote Line tab by clicking Add New Line
- From the drop-down menu provided, select the type of job you’ll be quoting for
- Fill out all fields as required, ensuring that any marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed
- Click Save to save your quick quote
- At the bottom of the screen, click Create Full Quote to transition
- You will now have additional fields at your disposal such as the Communications Panel & Payment details

Notes
- The Available Balance will only show if the customer is a Credit customer and hence will not display for Cash customers
