Overview

The following solution is designed to help eliminate the chance of human error when booking waste tipping at a supplier site which it is not certified to receive. By enabling this feature, the user will be redirected to the page to add waste certification to that site if it is expired or has not been uploaded. This document serves as a guide on how to set the above requirement.

Solution

  1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Admin navigation option by clicking it
  2. Click on Pricing to navigate to the next page
  3. In the presented tabs at the top, select Muck Away
  4. Click on the Add Waste Type button, represented with a +
  5. Fill out the mandatory fields (*) for your new waste type
  6. Switch the Permit Required toggle to on
    1. If you wish to edit an existing waste type then simply click on the Edit Waste Type button marked with a pencil icon and follow step 6
  7. Click Save

Notes

  • Important: Enabling this feature will completely restrict users from calling off work to this site until the correct permits are uploaded
    • The user will be redirected to the Site Details page to add in the correct waste certification
