*Customise Mandatory App Fields

Overview

We understand that no two businesses operate in the exact same way. That’s why, as of v3.20.0, we’ve introduced the ability to customise the requirement of certain fields in the driver app with the aim to allow users to freely decide which details should and shouldn’t be captured while on the job. This document serves as a guide on how to make togglable fields mandatory or non-mandatory during jobs.

Solution

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Admin navigation option by clicking it
2. Click on Tenant Settings to navigate to the next page
3. In the presented tabs at the top, select App Preferences
4. Find the field you’d like to toggle
   1. Toggled On = the field is required to be completed by drivers to progress the job
   2. Toggled Off = the field can be skipped and will not be required to progress the job
5. Click Save

• For now, only Wheel Torque Date is available to be toggled however we aim to build upon this in future releases
