Overview
When calling fissara’s Customer Care team with an issue/query surrounding your mobile app, it’s always a good idea to send a debug report. A debug report is essentially a data package which takes a snapshot of the information in your app and feeds it back to us, we can then use this data to identify any issues that may have arisen. This document serves as a guide to show you how to send a debug report.
Solution
- Open your MOVE mobile application
- Open the menu tab by tapping the hamburger (☰) icon
- Select Settings
- Tap Debug Report
- Toggle on the Allow fissara MOVE to collect your data, including pictures
- Tap on Send the Report

- Our Customer Care team will then receive a ticket with the package containing your data and one of our agents will be in touch with you soon with next steps
