Overview
Once you’ve created a job, you will want to allocate this to one or multiple users for completion. From the pending jobs list, you can assign any unallocated jobs to a user/engineer or team. You can also edit the jobs from this list add an engineer, remove an engineer, add a job priority or add a document with ease. This document serves as a guide on how to do so.
Solution
- In your MANAGE environment, hover over Schedules and click on Pending Jobs to navigate to the next page
- In the list presented to you, search for your desired job. Unallocated jobs are marked by a black U icon under the Status column
- Click on the Edit button, represented by a pencil icon
- On the Edit Job screen, add the engineers that you’d like to allocate the job to, adding any required pre-job tasks if required
- Click Save to allocate the job
