*Enabling Users for Vehicle Allocation

You will need…

• Stock Module v2.0 enabled

Overview

By default, you cannot allocate a user to a vehicle which has been created in the stock module. This document will serve as a guide on how to enable a user for vehicle allocation.

Solution

1. In your MANAGE environment, hover over HR and click User Admin to navigate to the next page
2. From the presented table, select the user that you would like to enable for allocation
3. Click the Edit button to open the user details
4. Navigate to the Employment Details tab within the user settings
5. Locate the Enable Vehicle Allocation toggle at the bottom right of the screen. Ensure this is enabled to allow this user to have a vehicle allocated to them
