*Setting up the Stock Management Module (v2.0)

Overview

Stock Management 2.0 is here and fully integrated into fissara MANAGE. It’s packed full of new functionality and allows you and your employees to manage stock levels in their inventory and virtually transfer stock between warehouse, vehicles and customer site locations, emulating what takes place in reality.

Stock Settings

1. In your MANAGE environment, hover over Stock > Stock Library and click on Stock Settings to open the settings page
2. Under the App Settings section, you can choose to send an email to a specified address or the user who offloaded the stock each time stock is offloaded and registered through the MANAGE platform by toggling the on/off switch at the top of the page
3. If the above toggle is switched on, then you can decide who receives the email updates:
   1. User who offloaded the stock = the user who completed the transaction on the system will receive an email update
   2. Alternative email = an email address of your choosing will receive an email update
