*Creating a Quick Quote

You will need…

• Quick Start Guide setup complete
• Customer Details:
  • Customer Name (Business)
  • Customer Type
  • First & Last Name of your contact
  • Phone Number
  • Email

Overview

There are two ways to create a quote in fissara MOVE. This document will provide a step-by-step guide on how to create a quick quote, which is designed to be used when you want to enter details for a job/customer on the go.

Solution

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Quotation menu item
2. Click the Add Quote button to advance to the next page
3. At the top right of the document, click the Quick Quote button to begin the process
4. At a minimum, you will need to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) to complete your quote

Existing Customers

1. In the Search box on the left hand side of the screen, begin entering an existing customer’s details in the Name/Account No field to pre-populate contact details and save time
2. From the drop-down menu provided, select the type of job you’ll be quoting for
3. Fill out all fields as required, ensuring that any marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed
4. Click Save to complete your quick quote

New Customers

1. Begin by entering the customer’s post code in the Search Postcode field on the left of the screen, choose from the drop-down to populate the Site Details
2. Now enter the customer’s contact details in the Customer box
   1. Customer Name (Business)
   2. Customer Type
   3. First & Last Name of your contact
   4. Phone Number
   5. Email
3. At the bottom of the screen, expand the Quote Line tab by clicking Add New Line
4. From the drop-down menu provided, select the type of job you’ll be quoting for
5. Fill out all fields as required, ensuring that any marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed
6. Click Save to complete your quick quote

Glossary

• Job Type Abbreviation – contains an abbreviation of the job
• Waste/Material Type – a lookup field where users can either lookup waste or materials and select
• Weight Type & Size – weight type can be loads or tonnages, as well as day or hourly
• Price Per Load/Tonne – where possible the price per load/tonne is calculated
• Line Price – total price based on price per quantity/quantity type and surcharge(s)
• Actions – there are four available actions.
• CoD (Cash on Delivery) – cash customers can pay upon delivery rather than at the time of call-off

Notes

• Credit customers will not be saved to your system through the quick quote functionality
