*Storing Vehicle Appointment Documentation

You will need…

• Advanced Vehicle Management enabled (fissara MOVE Pro)
• Active Vehicle
• Vehicle Appointment

Overview

Any fleet, from large to small, will produce heaps of documentation when they are booked in for repairs, MOTs and servicing. fissara MOVE allows you to simply store your documentation so that you have everything all in one, easily accessible location. This document acts as a guide on how you can do so.

Solution

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Vehicle navigation option by clicking it
2. Click on Manage Vehicle to navigate to the next page
3. In the Vehicle Management table, find your desired vehicle and click on the Edit Vehicle button which is represented by a pencil icon
4. From the tabs presented at the top of the page, select Maintenance Scheduling
5. Find the maintenance entry you’d like to add documentation to from the list provided or create a new one
6. Click on the Edit Appointment button on the right hand side of the table, represented by a pencil icon
7. Under the Documents section, click on Add Document, represented by a + icon
8. Enter a name for the document and click on Choose File to select the file from your local drive
9. Click Save
