Overview

To keep your fleet ship-shape, you will need to schedule regular repairs, maintenance, MOTs and more for your vehicles. fissara MOVE allows you to track all work that has been done against each of your vehicles, storing an audit trail for you to access at any time. This article serves as a guide on how you can create a vehicle appointment against your vehicles.

Solution

  1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Vehicle navigation option by clicking it
  2. Click on Manage Vehicle to navigate to the next page
  3. In the Vehicle Management table, find your desired vehicle and click on the Edit Vehicle button which is represented by a pencil icon
  4. From the tabs presented at the top of the page, select Maintenance Scheduling
  5. At the top right of the scheduling table, click on the Add Appointment which is represented by a + icon
  6. From the fields presented, fill out each of the required forms which are marked with a red asterisk (*)
    1. Appointment Type: select what type of appointment you’re creating from the pre-defined list. MOT, repair, service etc
    2. Scheduled Date: using the calendar, select the date the appointment will commence. This can only be a future date
    3. Supplier: select the supplier for the appointment
    4. Site: select the supplier site for the appointment
    5. Appointment Status: enter what status the appointment is currently at
    6. Driver Assignment Allowed: choose whether the vehicle can still be allocated to a driver or not
  7. Click Save
