Overview
The Stock Module allows you to add and remove stock with ease. This document will provide a step-by-step guide on how you can increase your inventory on your MANAGE environment.
Solution
- In your MANAGE environment, hover over Stock and click Stock Management to open the next page
- At the top of the screen, click the Add New Stock button, represented by a + icon
- This panel allows you to easily create a new entry in your stock inventory. The system will prompt you to fill out the each of the fields, the mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*) which must be added as a minimum
- Type: By choosing between Variable or Consumable stock types, you dictate the behaviour of the item
- Variable: This type of stock is used when single or multiple units are bought specifically to use at client sites. They will be offloaded from the vehicle they are assigned to and depleted according to the users’ input
- Consumable: This type of stock is essentially an item that will be used only once. For example; gloves or rope
- Quantity: This sets the number of units of the particular item you have in your inventory
- Unit Cost: Set how much each individual unit costs
- Location: Select where the stock will initially be stored. This can be changed at any time
- Type: By choosing between Variable or Consumable stock types, you dictate the behaviour of the item
- Once you’ve added all required fields, click Save to complete the entry
