Overview
This guide will provide a step-by-step solution on how you can set a user’s password to something more memorable when they have forgotten their password to log in to the system.
Solution
- In your MOVE environment, expand the User menu item by clicking on it
- Navigate to the next page by clicking on Manage User
- You will be presented with a list of every user that is on your system. You can narrow down your search by clicking the User Name column header to reveal the search box
- Once you’ve found your new user, click the Reset Password (represented by a key icon) to enter a new password
- In the Enter Password & Confirm Password field fields, carefully type out the password you’d like the new account to have
- In the Admin Password enter your own password to confirm the details
