Overview
MANAGE allows you to easily schedule jobs for your workforce, however this is not limited to work. You can track holidays through the system so you can ensure that work is not allocated to engineers that are unavailable. This document serves as a guide to show you how to do so.
Solution
- In your MANAGE environment, hover over Schedules and click on Schedule Timeline to navigate to the next page
- Right click the timeline over the desired user’s row and select Book Holiday from the drop-down list
- Fill out the fields on the holiday card, ensuring that dates/times are correct
Notes
- If you try to assign a job to an engineer/user that has holiday booked for the selected time period, it will appear as an observation on the job card. You cannot assign a job to a engineer/user that has holiday booked
