*Adding Subcontractor Vehicles

You will need…

• Access to the Subcontractor Module
• An active Subcontractor

Overview

In fissara MOVE, there are two ways that you can created a subcontractor vehicle. You can create temporary vehicles which will only be active for the selected dates, or permanent vehicles which can be used at any time. This article serves as a step-by-step guide on setting up both.

Solution

Permanent Subcontractor Vehicles

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Vehicles section of the navigation bar
2. Click on Manage Vehicles to navigate to the next page
3. At the top-right of the table, click the Add Vehicle Detail
4. Fill out all of the details, ensuring any fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed
5. Ensure that the Subcontractor field is selected correctly. This will be locked and cannot be changed
6. Click Save

Temporary Subcontractor Vehicles

1. In your MOVE environment, expand the Subcontractor section of the navigation bar
2. Click edit on your desired subcontractor to navigate to the next page
3. In the tabs at the top, click Vehicles
4. Click the + button to add a new vehicle
5. Fill out all required details and click Save
