As seen previously, any time a driver logs in and out of the app, they need to complete the check in and the check out. All of the vehicle details entered at check in and check out can be accessed in the vehicle report list. The details also include any defect description, the starting and finishing mileage and the operational status of the vehicle. You can access within Vehicle > Vehicle Report.
You can export the data as a .CSV file or view the report on the web console.
You can export multiple vehicle reports at one time, but can only view one report at a time through the system.
Note: You can only view the two actions if you have selected a report.

Daily Check Report
This is a list of all of the items in the vehicle checklist that the driver has checked using the app. The list also shows the number of defects both critical and non-critical.
Defects Report
The defects report summarises the defects identified, displaying the full description provided by the driver, any images captured and actions.
