Your service agreement covers you and your users for the license of the software, support of the package you purchased and any maintenance that is required to continue to deliver our service to you. Anything that falls outside of your service agreement would be a Professional Service.
Our professional services are split into two specific areas:
Administration & Report Generation
These are generally changes or reports that are not available to you as a user via the user interface (Web Console) and therefore require fissara to make changes to the database or generate a specific report.
Software Development & Functional Changes
This service allows you to request changes to the way the software operates that would benefit your business. Typically, this requires our development team to assess the changes required and the impact this would have on the system and other users of our product. In some cases, these functional changes may already be registered in the product backlog.

Administration and Report Generation
- Minimum charge for half day £300. This could be a single urgent request or up to 10 items together
- Full day charge is £580. This would normally be for more complex work and up to 3 days
Software Development and Functional Changes
- This would require our team to produce an estimate. The estimate will include development and testing time. This would also cover the upgrade and release of the software once available to you. You can request development or functional changes directly, from one of our team or via the customer portal

All prices are ex VAT, reasonable business expenses where appropriate and are subject to periodic increases.
